SCHOOLS
All private and public schools recognized by the Ministère de l’Éducation are eligible.
Examples of projects: equipping a computer lab, updating classroom or library equipment, supporting robotics activities, providing temporary support to students awaiting the MELS computer assistance measure, equipping adult general education or vocational training rooms, equipping daycare services, building portable labs for staff training.
Our equipment is custom-configured, warranted, and delivers the same performance as a new system at a fraction of the cost.
NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS
Most non-profit organizations registered in Quebec’s enterprise registry (NEQ) are eligible.
Examples of organizations: day and vacation camps, FADOQ, youth centres, museums, cultural, social and sports organizations, PACTE, SISA.
EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTRES (CPEs)
Examples of projects: helping educators plan activities, organizing learning activities for children, supporting centre management.
HOME-BASED CHILDCARE SERVICES
Examples of projects: helping educators plan activities, organizing learning activities for children, supporting centre management.
Special conditions: a ratio of one computer per three children per year, equipment for the exclusive use of children in the childcare service, requests must be approved by your coordinating office.
NON-PROFIT HOUSING CO-OPERATIVES
Equipment is intended for use by the co-operative and remains its property. If a member wishes to obtain a computer for personal use, they must apply through the CLIC-OPEQ program.
Examples of projects: day-to-day operations management, internet café for residents, training activities for residents.

Is your co-operative not yet a client? Complete the eligibility form. We will verify your eligibility and contact you. You will also need to provide a copy of your co-operative’s charter and a copy of your articles of incorporation or amendment, confirming that no rebates will be allocated and no interest will be paid on preferred shares.
MUNICIPAL LIBRARIES
Municipal libraries are eligible. Requests must be approved by a representative authorized by the municipality.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
IT equipment received from OPEQ becomes the property of the organization that requested it. It may not be resold or redistributed without authorization.
