OUR CONCRETE COMMITMENTS
Comply with applicable laws and regulations. We meet all our legal obligations in the areas of environment, health and safety, and data protection. We maintain ongoing monitoring to stay current.
Manage risks effectively. We put in place effective processes to:
- Reduce our environmental impacts.
- Prevent work-related injuries and health issues, including physical and psychosocial risks.
- Provide safe workplaces and eliminate hazards at the source.
- Secure the data entrusted to us.
Protect data. We ensure the confidentiality of data contained on electronic media throughout all operational processes.
Consult and involve our workers. We encourage the active participation of staff in identifying risks and driving continuous improvement. We encourage the reporting of at-risk situations and protect all individuals against reprisals.
Train and equip our teams. We provide the training and resources needed to maintain a high level of competence, engagement, and awareness.
Select and verify our partners. We work with suppliers and partners who share our environmental and social values. We verify that our downstream partners also adhere to responsible practices.
Apply eco-responsible management. We apply the principles of the 3Rs (reduction, reuse, recycling, recovery) across all our operations, prioritizing reuse and source reduction.
Clarify everyone’s role. We ensure that each person understands their role and responsibilities in implementing this policy.
Set objectives and improve continuously. We establish and monitor measurable objectives in environment, health and safety, and data protection. We continuously maintain and improve our management system and performance.
Communicate transparently. We communicate openly about our environmental issues, health and safety practices, and commitments with all our interested parties.
