Our paid internships must meet certain mandatory criteria imposed by the OPE + program of the Department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada. The OPE Internship Program supports the Career Focus component of the federal government's Youth Employment and Skills Strategy. The objective of the program is to increase the employability of young people and to showcase their skills through internships specially chosen to enable them to acquire the experience and skills necessary for their active participation in the digital economy. / p>

To be eligible, you must:

• be between 15 and 30 years old (inclusive) at the start of the internship;
• be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or person who has been granted refugee status in Canada; and
• be legally authorized to work in Canada.
