To whom do I submit my request?
Requests for computers must come from schools or organizations authorized by OPEQ. If you benefit from a services of a community organization, you can invite a manager to contact us to read the details of the program and how to proceed to make an order.

What if my organization IS NOT an OPEQ client?
If the organization that helps you is not an OPEQ client already, you can invite it to fill the Eligibility Program CLIQ form. We will contact them after checking their eligibility.

Is there a cost to get a computer?
Yes, the minimum price for a desktop computer or laptop is $75.00. This amount is used to pay for licenses, transportation, handling and new or refurbished parts added to the computer.

Who do I pay for my computer?
Organizations are responsible for collecting funds from their beneficiaries or for financing on their own. Therefore, you should check with your organization.

What is a USB WIFI and Bluetooth?
The USB WIFI and Bluetooth adapter allows you to connect anywhere in your home without having to pass a network wire between your router and the computer. So you will have access to the Internet everywhere as long as you are within range of your wireless router.

How does delivery work?
OPEQ delivers your order to your school or organization, so you will be able to pick it up there. You can also select the delivery directly to the beneficiary in the form. In addition, each computer is individually packaged and identified with the beneficiary’s name.

How many computer can I order?
We suggest one computer per family to give as many people as possible the chance to receive one. However, in the case of a family with several children, it is possible to make more than one application.
