Warranty

• The computer, screen, keyboard and mouse are guaranteed 1 year by the OPEQ workshop partner (see the warranty policy).
• Headphones and Webcam are guaranteed 3 months.
• OPEQ is not responsible for technical assistance in the use of computer equipment or software.

• • All equipment is refurbished in one of our six workshops.

1. Computer requests must come from organizations authorized by OPEQ..
2. Organizations must complete and send the CLIC OPEQ order, which identifies beneficiary families who need a computer. An email confirmation is sent to the head of the organization .
3. The following information is required for each requested computer :
   • First name;
   • Name;
   • Software installation language.
   • The recipient’s address.
   • Product number.
4. The organizations are responsible for collecting the money from their beneficiaries or ensuring the funding by their own means.
5. After validation of the organization, the workshop responsible for the order sends a bill to the manager of the organization.
6. Upon receipt of payment, the order is prepared by the OPEQ workshop.
7. The OPEQ workshop returns the computers to the organization. The organization takes care of handing over the computers to its beneficiaries.
   Note: during the confinement period, computers will be delivered directly to the beneficiary.

Is there a cost to get a computer?
Yes, the minimum price of a computer is $75. This money is used to pay for licenses, transportation, handling and new parts added to the computer.

Who should collect money for the purchase of computers?
Your organization is responsible for collecting beneficiaries or securing funding on its own.

What is a Wi-Fi card?
Adding a Wi-Fi card to your computer allows it to be placed anywhere in your home without having to run a network cable between your router and the computer. You will have access to the Internet everywhere as long as you are within range of your wireless router.

How does delivery work?

• ​​​​OPEQ preferably makes only one delivery per order with your school or organization as the delivery location.
• You also have the possibility to select the delivery directly to the beneficiary in the form.
• Each computer is individually packed and identified with the name of the beneficiary
